Women of Worth Ministry

Objectives

• To help our ladies become women of God
• To minister to the needs of the ladies of our church
• To encourage fellowship among our ladies
• To help involve our ladies develop the gifts God has given them
• To help our ladies become involved in areas of ministry in our church

Activities

• Bible study meetings
• Sunshine Baskets - created for the sick and for encouragement
• Dorm Ministry – provide refreshments for Hobe Sound Bible College students
• Helps to Seniors – provide transportation and other assistance to our seniors
• Secret Pals – affirm other ladies with anonymous gifts and encouragement
• Light a Small Candle – a monthly workshop where the ladies work on missions projects that will be used around the world
• Praying Mothers – meet once a week to pray for our children and families
• Meals for the Hurting – supply meals when there has been a serious illness or death in one of our church families
• Seasonal Banquets, Breakfasts and Teas – times of fellowship for the ladies
• Retreat — a time to get away for spiritual renewal
